Have a peaceful, quiet day, Cooz. I’m haivng one, too. My partner’s working a day shift at the hospital, and we’re done with all the family gatherings. I’ll make a nice dinner for her after a lazy, yet productive day.

Y’all have a good one. We’re having leftovers today. I made a veggie cashew chicken last night, with some soy chicken, roasted peanut oil, a little ghee, onions, garlic, wax peppers, red chili paste, and about a tablespoon full of mango chutney. My wife made jasmine rice as an accompaniment.
I’m thinking I might start some Labneh for a pizza late this evening.
