We planned to stretch some barbed wire today, but the clouds are piling up to the north, and it’s getting chilly. I hate playing with that stuff, even on a nice day. Alternatively, I can climb on the roof and clear the gutters of maple leaves, or insulate a stovepipe thimble on the shop roof.
The latter two have some chance of getting done, even though I’d rather just fire up a woodstove and park myself in front of it with a book.
